AWC, Inc is seeking a Distribution Center Delivery Driver / Distribution Center Specialist in Texas. You will perform local deliveries, interact with customers and vendors, and assist with warehouse organization, shipping/receiving, inventory handling, and forklift operations to support our teams.

You will maintain stock accuracy, complete orders, verify PO details, and participate in quarterly counts. A high school diploma, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and forklift experience are required;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, stand, stoop, kneel, squat, and reach up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must pass a drug test, physical, and/or MVR check as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Unload incoming shipments from motor freight, UPS, and other carriers.
• Handle stock put-away and slotting locations for optimal organization.
• Pick, pack, and process shipments with timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Print delivery tickets, pull materials, and verify PO details after shipment.
• Create Bills of Lading and arrange for motor freight pickups and load shipments.
• Coordinate and document customer Will Call pickups.
• Maintain warehouse stock records and perform regular housekeeping duties.
• Participate in mandatory quarterly inventory counts.
