Job summary

Worldpac in Raynham, MA is seeking a Delivery Driver/Warehouse team member to drive an established route and deliver products, while also performing shipping/receiving duties at the branch.

You will create and maintain records, dispatch orders, and ensure orders are picked up and signed for. The role requires a valid driver's license, excellent customer service, and safety-conscious work habits; candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the country.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR per company standards.
• Meet state licensing requirements before driving a company vehicle.
• Great customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to drive safely and operate equipment (forklift/pallet jack).
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Uses vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise safely.
• Create and maintain records as needed.
• Dispatch, confirm customer orders and generate delivery manifests and receiving documents.
• Sort, organize and prepare merchandise for storage or transfer.
• Ensure orders are located, picked up and signed for.
• Collect funds from customers if needed and maintain documents.
• Other duties as assigned.
