Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of delivery truck driving experience.
• 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferred.
• Proficient in computer and inventory systems, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record as determined by Company Driver Policies.
• Qualify for and remain insurable under Company liability insurance policy.
• Meet federal and state requirements to operate the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specified product to locations by driving short and long distances.
• Coordinate with management to ensure safe and efficient delivery routes.
• Verify with the customer at delivery the correct product and condition.
• Perform loading and unloading of the truck as needed.
• Maintain required certifications (DOT, OSHA, and safety programs).
• Complete shipping papers and Hazmat paperwork as needed.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections.
• Maintain truck maintenance records.
• Notify management of safety issues.
• Verify, receive, and put away incoming stock.
• Pull, pack, stage, and ship outgoing orders and transfers.
• Assist customers with orders and returns.
