Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean driving record and able to operate the company shop truck for deliveries.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in inventory management and delivery tasks.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal communication skills for customer and team interactions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and logistically coordinate equipment and building materials to customer job sites and other locations, safely and on schedule.
• Safely load and unload materials, ensuring proper placement and securement during transportation.
• Assist with daily warehouse operations, including organizing inventory and preparing orders for delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Use basic mechanical knowledge to identify materials and ensure proper storage and handling in the warehouse.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace in the warehouse and during deliveries.
• Collaborate with shop manager, project managers, superintendents, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and warehouse areas.
