Commercial Food Systems, Inc. in Indiana seeks delivery team members to safely deliver food and drink to schools on established routes. This is a seasonal Aug–May position requiring a valid For Hire/Chauffeur license and clean MVR, plus ability to pass DOT physical and background checks.

You will load, unload, verify orders, and complete paperwork while operating a variety of delivery vehicles. Uniforms are provided and you represent the company professionally.

Qualificações

• Must have Valid Indiana For Hire/Chauffeur License.
• Must have MVR within company guidelines.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, driver insurance screening and background check.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift 50 lb repeatedly with a hand cart.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, squat and turn frequently.
• Must be courteous and the face of the company at deliveries.
• Uniforms provided and appearance standards apply.
• Seasonal Aug–May (school year) position.

Responsabilidades

Basic Job Functions include:

• Quickly and safely deliver food and drink products to schools on an established route using a 2 wheel hand cart, work in our warehouse to stage delivery routes, load trucks, verify order counts, pickup product at vendor locations and complete necessary paperwork for all aspects of the job needed.
• Safely operate a 26ft straight box truck, 16ft city van, and cargo van.
• Preform other duties as needed and assigned.

-Previous route delivery a plus

RequiredQualifications :

• MUST have a Valid Indiana "For Hire/Chauffeur License" - Applicants without will not be evaluated
• MUSThave MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) within established company guidelines
• MUSThave or be able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, drivers insurance screening, and criminal background check
• MUST be able to read, write, and speak English
• MUST be able to lift 50lb on a repetitive basis, using a 2-wheel hand cart to make deliveries
• MUSTbe able to preform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and turning
• MUSTbe able to take customer delivery directions, be genial & courteous at all times (you are the face of our company)
• MUSTwear company provided uniforms and be presentable at all times
• MUSTbe able to arrive prior to 5am and complete delivery route in timely fashion adhering to safe driving standards
• This position is a Seasonal Aug - May (school year) position

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Pay with overtime after 40hrs per week, PTO (Sick/Personal &Vacation) - pay subject to qualification & background
