Job summary

U.S. Venture, Inc. is seeking a delivery driver to operate a box truck and make 10–20 daily deliveries across routes. You will maintain driver and fuel logs, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.

The role requires lifting up to 80 pounds, pushing up to 40 pounds, and delivering in all weather conditions. Excellent customer service and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with a box truck or similar vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record per company policy.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Ability to provide quality customer service and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds and complete 10–20 daily deliveries.
• Maintain logs: driver logs, fuel logs, and other records per policy and law.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Assist with loading/unloading and operate pallet jacks or forklifts when needed.
• Lift 50–80 pounds regularly and push up to 40 pounds.
• Collect payments from customers upon delivery.
