The role offers growth with training to advance into Inside Sales. A valid driver’s license, strong communication, and ability to learn Epicor P-21 and Microsoft/Google tools are required. Standard schedule with potential overtime and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn about different industrial parts and explain them to others.
• Strong ability to use computers and technology to improve efficiency, including Epicor P-21, Google and Microsoft Suites.

Responsibilities

• Drive pickup truck, make deliveries, and interact with receiving personnel (CDL not required).
• Receive daily freight and print pick tickets.
• Assist in vendor relations at the branch.
• Maintain communication between Store Manager and staff.
• Promote IBT products and services to customers.
• Keep warehouse and delivery truck clean and maintained.
• Follow safety protocols for machinery and vehicles.
• Complete CRISP training to move toward Inside Sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
