Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate in Evansville, IN. The role splits time between delivering merchandise and working in the warehouse, with daily tasks varying by shipments and orders. A team player who can also work independently is ideal.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean driving history and US work authorization. CDL endorsement is not required; relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• CDL endorsement is not required.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standards.
• Load order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unload at delivery.
• Report vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisor.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle.
• Deliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and professionally.
• Pick up material from vendors.
• Receive incoming freight.
• Keep a clean and organized warehouse.
• Stock material on shelves.
• Pick orders.
• Processing returns from customers and to vendors.
• Operate a Microsoft-based computer system.
