Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors is seeking a Driver to perform local-area deliveries and pickups. You will load and unload cargo, maintain delivery records, and assist in sales development when on the road.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and operate company vehicles in a safe, professional manner in all weather conditions. This full-time role requires compliance with company driving standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to inspect, maintain, and operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to load and unload a delivery truck from ground level or platform.
• Ability to read and do math for order picking and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly and professionally.
• Load order fulfillment materials onto truck and unload at delivery.
• Perform daily vehicle inspection and maintenance; report mechanical issues.
