Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (All-Phase Electric Marysville) is seeking a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and operate a van/truck, prepare orders, and maintain records while building strong customer relationships.

You will stock shelves, receive and ship materials, and keep the warehouse and yard tidy. The role offers growth opportunities and reports to the Profit Center Manager in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a compliant driving record.
• Accurately pick, load, and deliver orders to customers.
• Communicate vehicle mechanical issues to supervisor.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Receive freight, check-in and store properly.
• Learn and take initiative to improve skills and processes.
• Lift 50–100 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other handling equipment.
• Use basic math and computer skills for shipping documents.
• Communicate clearly in English by phone and in writing.
• Perform clerical tasks and back-office work.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, yard and equipment.
• Contribute to warehouse efficiency and organization projects.

As a Warehouse and Delivery Specialist at All-Phase Electric (CED) Marysville, you will be responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, operating and cleaning a van/truck, maintaining records, and building good relationships with customers.

The right candidate is eager to learn, independent, has a keen eye for planning, and is driven to develop professionally and personally over time. Other responsibilities include stocking shelves, receiving material, shipping material, and keeping order and cleanliness in the warehouse and yard. Additional tasks may be given at the discretion of your manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be honest, reliable, and hard-working
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills. Able to get along well with blue-collar and white-collar types alike
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; CDL not required
• High school diploma or GED
• Capable of safely operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and related tools (forklift certification provided on the job if needed)
• Proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new systems
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
• Must be interested in skilling up and building a career at All-Phase/CED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience is great, but this is an entry-level position and no specific prior experience is required
• Demonstrates a customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience
• High ly organized, meticulous, and able to think critically and solve problems effectively

Working Conditions

Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.

Essential Job Functions

• Communicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisor
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle
• Receive freight in the warehouse, check it in, and put it where it belongs.
• Learn, learn, learn. Be humble enough to let others teach you; show initiative in teaching yourself.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting 50-100 lbs., climbing, crouching, and working on hard surfaces in varying temperatures
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling and wire measuring equipment
• Use basic math and computer skills to process shipping documents and navigate vendor websites
• Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; provide courteous service by phone
• Perform clerical tasks and back-office administration
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of warehouse, yard, company vehicles, and equipment
• Execute projects to improve warehouse efficiency and organization
• Use Microsoft Windows-based computer programs

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $21 to $24 hourly.
