• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction with the delivery process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery notes, customer signatures, and any additional required paperwork.
• Loading and unloading: Load and unload products, ensuring all items match delivery paperwork and are secured for transport.
• Picking and packing: Assist with picking and packing customer orders accurately from the warehouse to ensure efficient branch operations.
