As a Delivery Driver/Warehouse, you will execute operations stocking & preparing orders of building materials for distribution to customers. Customer service and team focus are paramount. Work environments include inside and outside areas, requiring strict safety and order accuracy during loading and unloading. The role demands detailed, consistent work with clear objectives, suited for candidates who prefer steady work and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery of building materials to various locations
• Provide quality service and support to customers
• Inspect loaded trucks for order accuracy, weight restrictions, and proper securing
• Collaborate with customers and co-workers
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory levels
• Work proactively with management and team members
• Meet delivery schedules while maintaining professional service
• Organize building materials efficiently using appropriate equipment
• Review orders for correctness and damage
• Package materials for shipping and operate forklifts for loading
• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow operational schedules with flexibility for customer needs
• Load/unload materials safely with attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and yard
• Complete tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on time

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
• At least one year of box truck driving experience
• Ability to lift 40-70 pounds regularly
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Flexibility for overtime work
