Summary

Delivery drivers ensure that the customer’s product is safely delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Drive truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, ensuring appropriate documentation is generated for each load and that the product is delivered safely.
• Load and unload truck (in building or on job site), verifying loads for quality and completeness.
• Perform daily inspection of assigned company vehicle, and ensure it is kept clean and presentable.
• Assist with warehouse operations when necessary.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 2 or more years professional driving experience.
• Highly dependable.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Heavy lifting is required. May be required to move up to 400 pounds with assistance from a team member.
• Safe driving in inclement weather.
• Ability to qualify for a DOT certification.
