Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Valid Driver's License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! Customer Service by engaging with customers and offering automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries to commercial customers; load and unload parts per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
