Optimus Courier is a local last-mile delivery service based in Eagan, MN, seeking reliable Delivery Drivers to serve the greater Twin Cities area. Responsibilities include safe, timely residential and commercial deliveries with a focus on customer service and safety.

Training is provided, with real-time support and reliable equipment to help you succeed. Pay starts at $24.75 per hour with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Qualifications

• No CDL required.
• No marijuana testing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No delivery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time for each scheduled shift.
• Remain active and on your feet throughout your route.
• Get in and out of your delivery van 150–200 times per day.
• Use a handheld device with GPS navigation to navigate to each delivery.
• Be available to work shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Safely operate high-roof delivery vans in varying weather conditions.
• Follow all speed limits and traffic laws.
• Take required meal breaks.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers while completing deliveries.

Optimus Courier is a last-mile delivery service provider seeking hardworking, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team.

Our Delivery Drivers are responsible for making safe, timely commercial and residential deliveries throughout the greater Twin Cities area. Our goal is simple: to provide reliable service and ensure every package reaches the customer’s door safely and on time.

We provide our drivers with comprehensive training, real-time support, reliable equipment, and the resources they need to succeed. Our team is here to support you throughout the day so you can focus on delivering excellent customer service and, most importantly, get home safely at the end of each shift.

Basic Delivery Driver Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment no-THC drug test and background check.
• Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• No prior delivery-driving experience is required.
