VALCLYDE LOGISTICS LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking delivery drivers to join our local team. You’ll start and end at the delivery station, and help ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately within the community.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, a starting wage of $22 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll operate company vehicles, navigate routes, and provide professional service to customers.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Arriving on time and prepared for your scheduled route.
• Picking up and organizing pre-sorted packages for delivery.
• Operating a company vehicle safely throughout your shift.
• Delivering packages to residential and commercial locations.
• Using company-provided technology and GPS to navigate your route.
• Scanning packages and completing required delivery confirmations.
• Following delivery instructions and established safety procedures.
• Communicating with dispatch or management regarding route issues or delays.
• Providing professional and courteous service when interacting with customers.
• Refueling and properly securing the vehicle at the end of the workday.
• Accurately recording work time and completing required documentation.
• Following traffic laws, company policies, and safe-driving expectations.
• Supporting other drivers or team members when needed.
• Completing other delivery-related duties assigned by management

• Drivers typically work 3-5 days per week
