Delivery Driver - up to $30.00 per hour + $1,000 Bonus

Join Sandstone Site Services as a Delivery Driver and earn up to $30.00 per hour with bonuses! No experience required — we will train the right candidates. Located in South SF.

Job Details

1. Base pay: $25.00 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and schedule
2. Shift: Approximately 8-9 hours, from 10:30 AM to 7/8 PM
3. Bonuses: Up to $3.13 extra per hour based on performance, efficiency, and attendance
4. Bonus: $1,000 paid out over initial months, contingent on no call-outs and at least 5 shifts per week
5. Additional bonuses: Quarterly retention bonuses increasing with tenure
6. Benefits: Paid time off, health benefits, new van, gas, insurance, and paid training
7. Schedule: Operations 7 days/week; full-time employees work 4-5 days/week
8. Work requirement: Must work at least one weekend day

Qualifications

1. Must be 21 years or older
2. Valid driver’s license (Commercial license not required)
3. No more than 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in past 3 years
4. Pass pre-employment drug test (4-panel, marijuana OK)
5. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50 lbs
6. Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
