Delivery Driver - up to $30.00 per hour - Bonus of $1,000

Join Sandstone Site Services as a Delivery Driver! No experience required. Earn up to $30.00 per hour with bonuses. Training provided. Based in South SF.

Job Details

1. Base pay: $25.00 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and schedule.
2. Shift: Approximately 8-9 hours from 10:30 AM to 7/8 PM.
3. Bonuses: Earn from $0.50 to $3.13 extra per hour based on performance, efficiency, and attendance.
4. Sign-on bonus: $1,000 paid over initial months, contingent on no call-outs and at least 5 shifts per week.
5. Quarterly retention bonus increases with tenure.
6. Paid time off and health benefits included.
7. Company-provided van, gas, and insurance.
8. Paid training provided.
9. Work schedule: 4 to 5 days/week, including at least one weekend day.

Qualifications

1. 21 years of age or older.
2. Valid driver’s license (no commercial license needed).
3. Maximum of 2 accidents/tickets/infractions in the past 3 years.
4. Pass pre-employment drug test (marijuana allowed).
5. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 50 pounds.
