Job summary

Admiral Beverage in Idaho Falls is seeking a Delivery Driver Trainee to learn on established routes and advance to a Class A Delivery Driver. You will train under a certified trainer, deliver beverage products, and maintain accurate records and customer communications.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a CDL permit and medical card. The role involves independent work, safety alignment, and ongoing performance on diverse routes.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver's License and be able to obtain CDL Permit and Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Drives truck to deliver beverage products to customer locations along highway, rural, and city streets.
• Works without direct supervision to deliver products for established routes.
• Communicates issues and customer concerns to supervisor.
• Records sales, buy back, delivery and variance information daily.
• Operates inventory and invoicing system to record stops, deliveries, and errors.
• Operates hand trucks and electric pallet jacks.
• Collects or picks up empty containers or rejected merchandise.
• Loads/unloads truck and secures loads.
• Obtains customer signature on receipts for pickups or deliveries.
• Performs daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance; keeps truck clean.
• Assembles display aids from POS materials.
• Wears company-provided uniform and safety gear per procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned by supervisors.
