Job summary

A1 Shipping LLC in Virginia Beach is hiring full-time Delivery Driver Associates to join our Amazon DSP team. Shifts run roughly 10am–8pm, with 4 days per week and 8–10 hours per day, including one weekend day.

You will load vans, deliver packages, follow safety rules, operate GPS devices, and provide friendly, reliable service to customers. Training is provided, benefits start immediately, and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
• Clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to operate a delivery van up to 10,000 lbs.
• Able to move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Able to read and speak English for safety.

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking stairs and driveways in all weather.
• Deliver packages safely and on time.
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road.
• Operate an electronic GPS device and daily records.
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude and focus on customer service.
