Tiff's Treats in Austin, TX is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Delivery Drivers to join our team. Drive our company vehicle or your own, deliver warm treats, and provide friendly service on high-demand days. Flexible scheduling and competitive starting pay set the tone for a sweet opportunity.

Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips and delivery fees with an average total of $15–$20 per hour. Paid training, personal/sick time, and 401k with company match are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver.
• Must have own vehicle available for deliveries; own vehicle may be used when Tiff's Treats vehicles are occupied.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Excellent time management and customer service skills.
• Availability on peak periods and flexible scheduling.

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver treats quickly and efficiently using company or personal vehicle.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and related tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding service with a smile to walk-in customers.

• Earn an average of$15 - $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive attitude and deliver delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using the Tiff's Treats company vehicle (as available) or your own vehicle.
• Assist with baking, packaging, cleaning, and other various tasks as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk-in customers.
• Be open to receiving and learning from constructive feedback to help you improve and grow.

Requirements:

• Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff's Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated accordingly for taking their own vehicle (Please note: at this time we do not allow our drivers to use motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles for deliveries)
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following and obeying all traffic laws; while keeping vehicles clean and organized
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach etc. items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often in and out of extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as but not limited to Bosses' Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine's Day ("All Hands on Deck" Days)
• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile
• Assist with various kitchen and cleaning duties
• Driver must have clean driving record, own vehicle, current and valid auto insurance and a valid driver’s license
• Starting pay is $10/hr plus tips & fees (average $15-20/hr)
