M Culinary Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver/Server for Nibblers Catering in Phoenix, AZ. Join a premier off-premises caterer that delivers a variety of events across the Southwest, with an energetic team and opportunities to grow.

As a Delivery Driver/Server you will load, transport, and set up at venues, sometimes with a buddy, sometimes solo, and you’ll ensure top-notch service and guest satisfaction while representing a fast-paced, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and reliability for guest-facing service.
• Time management and strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to drive/park large vehicles.
• Valid food handlers card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Nibblers, an M Culinary Concept, is searching for a passionate Delivery Driver/Serverto join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. Were an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACES TO WORK three years running!).

About the Role:

As aDriver/Serverat Nibblers, you are essential to our catering companys success! Each day starts early as you load your vehicle with everything needed for a variety of events, from simple disposable drop-offs to upscale deliveries, full-service events, or a mix of styles. Some deliveries require teamwork with a buddy, while others you handle independently. Once your vehicle is loaded, youre off to deliver and set up at venues across the valley, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared and product quality is maintained during transport.

At the venue, youll connect with the person in charge, set up food stations, and sometimes stay to serve or supervise. You may complete up to six deliveries in a day, spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner events. After the final delivery, your shift wraps up with cleaning your vehicle, returning equipment, and preparing for the next day. In this active role, your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor ensures guests have an exceptional experience while you enjoy meeting new people and making personal connections.
