Job summary

Buehler's Fresh Foods in Medina, OH is seeking a Delivery Driver (Customer Service Clerk) responsible for home and institutional deliveries originating in the Flower Shop, Bakery, Grocery, and other areas of the Store. You will coordinate the delivery schedule with department heads, organize trips, load the van, and perform record keeping.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid Ohio driver's license with a clean record, the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, and a customer-service

Qualifications

• Must be able to be scheduled 10+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
• Demonstrated strong, customer service orientation required.
• Physical Demands: Driving, walking, bending, carrying, repetitive lifting to 25#, occasional lifting to 50# or more.
• Other Work Considerations: 21-years of age; valid Ohio driver's license and clean driver's record last three years; mature; availability; able to work well with minimal supervision; flexibility; reliability; dependability.

This person's primary duties include coordinating the delivery schedule with the Department or Section Heads, organizing his/her trips, loading the van, making the deliveries in a safe and responsible manner, record keeping, and servicing and cleaning the delivery vehicle. Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.

• Previous Work Experience : Demonstrated strong, customer service orientation required.
