Job summary

Medina River Styx Buehler's Fresh Foods is seeking an Overnight Grocery Support associate to stock, price, rotate and merchandise a designated area in the grocery department. Primary duties include ordering, stocking, scanner maintenance and backstock control during the early AM shift.

Availability for 35+ hours per week including nights and weekends is required; previous stocking/ordering experience preferred but training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior stocking or ordering experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, with occasional 80 lb.
• Team player with reliability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Stock designated area during the overnight shift.
• Assist with midnight stock, restocking, pricing and merchandising.
• Maintain accurate records and support other night crew members.

Overnight Grocery Support : Stocker in the Grocery Department, responsible for a designated merchandise area, and working during the early AM stock shift.This person's primary duties include ordering, stocking, pricing, rotation, merchandising, record keeping, inventory [Backstock Control], scanner maintenance, housekeeping, and support for the remainder of the Midnight Crew.Secondary duties assume related activities as required or assigned.

• Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+hrs a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs
  
• Previous Work Experience: Ordering and stocking experience preferred, but will consider training the right candidate.
• Physical Demands: Repetitive lifting to 50#; occasional lifting to 80#.

Other Work Considerations: Team player; able to work with minimal supervision; organizational ability; reliable; dependable.
