Job summary

3C LogiX is seeking a Seasonal Driver to deliver packages for Amazon customers in Hayesville, NC. You will be a reliable, independent team member who can handle a fast-paced workload while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.

This role involves driving routes, performing safety inspections, lifting heavy packages, and potentially advancing to supervisory roles as the company grows. Military veterans are welcome and shift patterns can vary with holidays and high-volume periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive and deliver packages on time.
• Ability to perform safety inspections on a vehicle.
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. and 50–70 lbs. on a hand truck.
• Able to work in all weather conditions and on various routes.

This is a Seasonal Driver position with 3C LogiX, LLC (the "Company") delivering packages to Amazon customers!

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Qualifications

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

Additional Information

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $23 per hour paid biweekly
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 3-4 day workweek; 30-40 hours is typical; available hours can increase during high-volume events like holidays or Prime week
• Schedule for FT Team Members is a rotation where team members should not work more than 3-4 consecutive days; one weekend day is mandatory (Saturday or Sunday)
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
