Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport seafood products.

Skills

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport seafood products to our customers' designated locations within the specified timeframe.
• Plan and organize delivery routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and adherence to food safety guidelines.
• Verify the accuracy of orders with customers before delivery and collect payments, if necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor during interactions with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating any complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or accidents to the supervisor.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations and safety standards to ensure the well-being of oneself and others on the road.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order picking and loading of delivery vehicles.

Work Schedule

The Delivery Driver is a full-time, seasonal position. Weekend hours may be required as schedule demands.

Required Qualifications
