Job summary

MOC Products Company in the United States is seeking a Delivery Driver / Sales Support to ensure timely deliveries and proactive sales assistance. You will deliver products to customers, verify orders, and capture signatures.

You will support the sales team with order entry, tracking, and inventory updates, while maintaining accurate delivery records and communicating clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Valid United States driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a delivery driver role or similar position involving customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic proficiency with mobile devices and delivery tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver products to customers across assigned routes within the United States.
• Verify delivery orders and obtain customer signatures to confirm receipt of goods.
• Assist the sales team by providing customer feedback and supporting order entry and tracking processes.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, and inventory levels to ensure data integrity.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to ensure operational safety.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Support warehouse operations by assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as needed.
