Responsibilities

• Delivers customer orders safely within a service area, interfacing with customers on order issues and following planned routes.
• Loads inventory into trucks and unloads orders at customer sites using material handling equipment; provides professional customer service during deliveries.
• Reviews order manifests to ensure orders and daily routes are complete and accurate.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and internal policies.
• Maintains contact with distribution center to manage delivery interruptions and missing orders.
• Prepares and maintains vehicle and customer order records per company policies.
• Contacts customers to provide updates on delivery statuses.
• Provides feedback to management on escalated customer service and sales-related issues.
