Job summary

Staples in Washington state is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport office supplies on your assigned route, load when needed, and uphold our safety standards. You will use GPS and POD devices to verify deliveries and ensure efficient routes, while providing friendly service to customers.

The role requires customer-facing responsibilities, physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs, a valid license, DOT medical card, and 21+ age.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history acceptable to the company.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen (No THC) where legally permissible.
• Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card for the role.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required based on business need for full-time associates.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs, push/pull up to 400lbs with assist, up to 130lbs maneuvering.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on your assigned route to customers.
• Load your truck when volume requires it.
• Ensure safe work practices and uphold Staples safety culture.
• Organize and load product using the manifest for efficient routes.
• Provide customer support and handle returns; be Staples’ brand on wheels.
