Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport and deliver office supplies on an assigned route. You will ensure safe loading, drive in varied conditions, and uphold our safety culture while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include using GPS/POD devices, loading the truck as needed, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and pre-trip inspections. This role requires physical ability and a valid CDL-like qualification specified for DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Must obtain a 6-month DOT medical card.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime may be required based on business need.
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs and push/pull up to 400lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Transport products safely and deliver office supplies on assigned route.
• Load truck when volume requires.
• Maintain safety practices and safety culture.
• Organize and load product for delivery using the manifest to optimize routes.
