Domino's Pizza in Denver seeks a Store Delivery Expert full-time to greet customers, assist carryout orders, and uphold brand standards while delivering great service.

You will count ingredients, ensure order accuracy, and follow WOW steps to resolve issues, while handling cash, staying within wallet limits, and maintaining clean delivery vehicles. The role emphasizes safety, hygiene, and proper procedures with CBT training.

Qualifications

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers in a polite and courteous manner while being helpful and knowledgeable of our menu.
• Being in perfect image according to standard.
• Knowing and demonstrating customer WOW steps 1) Apologize 2) Give them what they want 3) give them something extra.
• All Pizza makers must count peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered.
• No one is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven.
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTION.
• No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money.
• No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working.
• Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
• Only proper procedure for products is allowed.
• Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT.
• Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist carryout customers with menu knowledge and friendly service.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to brand standards during all shifts.
• Demonstrate WOW steps to apologize, fulfill requests, and add value for customers.
• Accurately count ingredients (e.g., pepperoni and ham) on each order.
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared or moved before oven placement and order readiness.
• Handle cash accurately; keep coin change where required.
• Communicate change requests clearly and politely to customers.
• Adhere to cash limits and policies while on shift.
• Avoid carrying weapons or pocket knives; maintain safety protocols.
• Keep delivery vehicles clean and presentable at all times.
• Follow delivery routing guidelines and avoid early check-ins where prohibited.
• Follow hand-washing and hygiene procedures before production.
• Adhere to proper product procedures at all times.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT training as required.
• Verify each order by repeating details and confirming name and address.
