Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Denver is seeking a Store Delivery Expert to join our team full-time. You will answer phones, assist carryout customers, and support the restaurant's standards while staying knowledgeable about the menu.

You will follow customer WOW steps, ensure accurate orders, manage cash handling guidelines, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. This role requires a strong customer service mindset and reliability during delivering orders and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Answering the phone or assist carryout customers politely and knowledgeably of our menu.
• Maintaining a professional image according to standard.
• Following WOW steps: apologize, give them what they want, give them something extra.
• All Pizza makers must count peperoni and ham on every order every day no matter the topping amount when ordered
• No one is allowed to clear pizzas before it is ready to place in the oven
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order NO EXCEPTION
• No one is allowed to carry more than $20 while on the clock including personal money
• No one is allowed to have a pocket knife or any weapon while working
• Driver vehicles are to be neat and clean and in positive image while working
• Drivers are not to be routed early or checked in early from delivery
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products
• Every driver must have done Safe Delivery CBT
• Every order is to be repeated for accuracy and name and address confirmed

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone or assisting carryout customers politely and knowledgeably.
• Maintain a perfect image according to standard.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps during interactions.
• Count pepperoni and ham on every order.
• Ensure pizzas are not cleared before ready to oven.
• Handle cash change requirements accurately during deliveries.
• Communicate change politely by saying Let me get your change.
• Keep personal money under $20 while on the clock.
• Do not carry pocket knives or weapons.
• Keep delivery vehicles neat and clean, project a positive image.
• Do not route or check in deliveries early.
• Wash hands before making products.
• Complete Safe Delivery CBT.
• Repeat every order for accuracy and confirm name and address
