Job summary

TSRC, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely transport goods on an assigned route, verify manifests, load/unload trucks, and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes accurate paperwork, route efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities include delivering and collecting items, using Jump Track software, and maintaining vehicle readiness. This full-time position requires in-person work and a focus on professionalism at client sites.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• DOT medical card required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in outside route-based, client-facing role preferred.
• Ability to navigate downtown Washington, D.C. and manage deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Collect, check, and load the day’s orders listed on the daily delivery manifest.
• Deliver all outgoing product to clients and handle open pick-up requests.
• Use Jump Track software and tablet to collect Proof of Delivery information.
• Maintain up-to-date vehicle checklist and report problems to supervision.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at all times.
