Job summary

Favorite Brands LLC is seeking a Delivery – Driver to efficiently deliver products to assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with a delivery team across daily routes.

The driver will maintain truck safety, handle invoices and payments, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. A valid license and background check are required to join our transportation team in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have at least six months of relevant work experience.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and delivery-team experience preferred; leadership experience is a plus.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Delivers product to customers on time and follows delivery procedures for the route.
• Develops and maintains rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversees route helpers, assistants, and merchandisers assigned to the team.
• Counts truck and verifies with warehouse personnel before leaving for the route.
• Creates invoices and collects payments, reconciling transactions with the cashier.
• Performs daily checks of truck and equipment for safety and compliance.
• Completes required training and participates in identified seminars.
• Adheres to company guidelines and regulatory requirements (e.g., TAB C, FMCSA).
• Produces and submits reports accurately and on time.
