World Electric is hiring a Warehouse Driver to operate a 24’ state body truck, deliver materials to customers, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness. You will support the sales team, handle pallet construction, and may assist with loading and unloading to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role emphasizes safety, physical mobility, and strong customer service, with full-time hours and a benefits-focused workplace at Sonepar's Florida operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record required
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle safely and in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Communicate with sales associates or manager to meet customer needs.
• Be helpful and cooperative toward customers and World associates.
• Ensure the truck is in safe operating condition and is clean.
• Load and unload trucks with equipment; construct pallets for delivery areas.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE; participate in safety programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
