Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 required.
• Valid driver's license and safety compliance required.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time and accuracy goals following company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems and maintain delivery vehicles.
