You will operate company-provided vehicles, deliver parts on schedule, and contribute to a safe, efficient delivery operation in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and the ability to work with store teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 to apply.
• Valid driver's license and safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by assisting commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure strong teamwork and customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy targets, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles to deliver parts to commercial customers; load/unload per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe driving/work environment.
• Process customer payments securely and per policies.
• Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly.
