Job summary

RPM Pizza, a large Domino's franchise, is seeking part-time Delivery Drivers in Mobile, AL. You will provide friendly service, take orders, and deliver pizza while upholding brand standards and maintaining safety and cleanliness at the store.

Applicants must be 21+, have 2+ years driving experience, and be able to meet physical requirements. Company vehicle or personal vehicle with valid insurance may be used for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza and Domino's brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
