Omnicare Pharmacy is seeking a Delivery Driver to ensure timely delivery of prescription orders on a defined route using a company vehicle. The role emphasizes patient confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and high ethical standards.
The position requires driving to long‑term care facilities or patients’ homes, loading materials, and maintaining vehicle safety. Prior delivery experience is beneficial and a valid license is essential.
As a Delivery Driver for Omnicare Pharmacy you will deliver prescription orders and/or products to customers on a predetermined route and schedule in a company‑provided vehicle. Delivery Drivers take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients while demonstrating ethical conduct and maintaining patient confidentiality. Successful drivers will utilize a customer service mindset to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to fill patient prescriptions promptly, safely, and accurately.
Competitive hourly rate with additional shift differentials: $0.50 per hour from 7:00 pm until 10:00 pm and $1.00 per hour after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am. Night/overnight shifts may start between 8:00 pm and 12:00 am. Pay range: $16.00 – $26.21 per hour. Anticipated weekly hours: 29. Time type: Part‑time.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
