Job summary

RPM Pizza in Baton Rouge is hiring part-time Delivery Drivers to provide a friendly, prompt service to customers and uphold Domino’s brand standards. The role requires at least 21 years old, 2+ years driving, a valid license, dependable vehicle, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided dash camera during deliveries, and return all company equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM Pizza/ Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with ownership.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
