Job summary

RPM Pizza, a major Domino’s franchise, is hiring Delivery Drivers (Part-time) for the Baton Rouge area. You will deliver with a friendly approach, handle orders, and uphold brand standards.

Requirements include being 21+, at least 2 years driving, valid license, reliable vehicle, and good communication. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), training, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to use a company-provided dash camera and return equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
