AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver in the United States to deliver automotive parts to commercial customers and DIY shoppers, using company-provided vehicles. You will provide expert advice, load/unload parts, and ensure timely deliveries while following safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong teamwork with store personnel, and maintaining inventory accuracy. 18+ with a valid license and basic automotive knowledge are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to driver safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus for handling certain materials.

Mansioni

• Deliver WOW! customer service to commercial customers and DIY shoppers with automotive advice and installation services.
• Collaborate with store personnel and commercial accounts to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations and meet time/accuracy goals per policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles and deliver parts to commercial customers, loading/unloading per route.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors.
• Follow PPE and fleet safety guidelines to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely in line with policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and auto products; report vehicle issues promptly.
