Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to support commercial and DIY customers with automotive parts and services. You will drive company vehicles, ensure safe, timely deliveries, and handle returns while maintaining strong product knowledge and customer relationships.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid license, and basic automotive parts knowledge. High school diploma or GED preferred; Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice and offering installation services.
• Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.
• Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies.
• Drive company-provided vehicles, deliver parts to commercial customers, and load/unload per route schedules.
• Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or vendors.
• Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies for a safe driving environment.
• Process customer payments securely per policy.
• Stay updated on promotions and products, maintain delivery vehicles and report issues.
