Job summary

OMYAL Express is seeking a part-time Delivery Driver to carry out last-mile deliveries for Amazon customers. You will operate a provided cargo van, use a smartphone for routing, and communicate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries.

The role requires availability on weekends and holidays and a valid US driver’s license with a clean record. Pay starts at $23.25 per hour with a performance bonus and potential for promotion to full-time based on results.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience preferred but not required.
• Fluent English; bilingual is a plus.
• Comfortable using GPS and smartphone apps for route guidance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive a cargo van to deliver Amazon packages to customer addresses.
• Use smartphone for routing information, GPS navigation, and dispatcher communication.
• Work in varying weather conditions.
• Load and unload packages up to 50 pounds.
• Deliver 300–450 packages per shift to about 200 addresses.
• Complete daily logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive cargo van (Provided) to deliver Amazon packages to customers addresses.
• Effectively use Smart Phone (Provided) for routing information and GPS navigation, customer delivery notes, to communicate with dispatcher.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions (Rain, Snow, Heat, Wind, etc)
• Load and unload packages and get in and out of the delivery van up to 250 times per shift
• Climb stairs, reach overhead, squat-bend-kneel duringwork shift
• Lifting up to 50 pounds duringwork shift
• deliver 300-450 packages per shift to about 200 different addresses
• Complete daily logs and reports

Requirements

• Eligible to work in US
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Driver License with a clean driving history (no CDL required)
• Available to work Weekends and Holidays
• Successfully passDrug Test
• Ability to work with technology (GPS, Smart Phone apps, Virtual Communications, etc.)
• Fluent in English (bilingual is a plus)
• Problem solver and attention to Details,
• Previous delivery driver experience is a plus, but not required
