Job summary

Too Sweet Cakes is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our bakery team in Lake Oswego, OR. This part-time role covers 15–20 hours per week, with a schedule Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, early morning starts and occasional weekend shifts.

You will operate a company-provided refrigerated van to deliver baked goods to wholesale clients, requiring careful driving and safe lifting of items up to 50 lbs per stop.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass a background check and random drug screenings.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including repeated heavy lifting.
• Open availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company-provided refrigerated delivery van safely and efficiently.
• Deliver bakery products to wholesale clients on schedule, including twice-weekly runs to Bend, OR.
• Load and unload products, lifting 35–50 lbs multiple times per stop.
• Drive in all weather conditions, including heat, rain, fog, and seasonal mountain pass conditions.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all road safety regulations.
• Communicate with the team regarding deliveries and any potential issues.

Schedule & Hours:

• Approximate shift: early morning into the afternoon
• Part-time position: 15–20 hours per week
• Some shifts may be shorter based on delivery needs, but weekly hours will be met
• Some flexibility in scheduled days, but weekend availability may be required
