Pizza Delivery Driver

Right now we have opportunities. As a driver, you'll be expected to be courteous and follow the rules of the road, after all, you are representing one of the most iconic restaurants in New England! You may be asked to hang flyers along your route to drive your business, and do some tasks at the restaurant, like answer phones, make boxes, or wash dishes (Mom would be so proud).

What You Need

• Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
• Must have a reliable, up-to-date insured automobile.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Assist in performing other job duties as assigned by the person in charge.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and quality products to ensure total guest satisfaction.

Requirements

To provide quick and efficient service to Papa Gino's guests by safely transporting orders to their homes or businesses. This includes assembling orders, checking for accuracy, and taking phone orders from guests.

Essential Functions

• Check delivery orders for correctness and completeness before leaving the restaurant.
• Safely deliver orders within the quoted time frame according to company standards.
• Itemize and total guest orders using the restaurant POS system, accept payment, and return change.
• Restock supplies to ensure sufficient quantities of napkins, utensils, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, floors, and equipment in the delivery/dispatch area.
• Ensure own vehicle is safe and complies with all regulations.
• Maintain records of driver's license and auto insurance as per standards.
• Answer restaurant telephone and take orders when designated.
• Help maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Hang marketing materials during slower periods to generate sales.
• Maintain the appearance of the restaurant and grounds as needed.
