As a Delivery Driver, this position will deliver paint, along with related products and supplies, to LOCAL PSE customers. In addition, the candidate will assist in various tasks at the store when not making deliveries.

Essential Duties

• Operate vehicle in accordance with all laws while maintaining an acceptable driving record.
• Maintain company vehicle and report needs for repair or servicing.
• Manage delivery paperwork and documents.
• Identify sales leads during deliveries and inform Sales Representatives.
• Keep all areas and equipment clean and maintained.
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of products, meeting customer expectations.
• Load and unload merchandise safely and securely.
• Validate shipments with customers upon delivery.
• Return materials, matches, and tools for repairs.
• Conduct oneself professionally to meet service standards.

Additional Duties

• Assist with order filling and proper staging.
• Pick up merchandise from vendors as needed.
• Support inside customer service and order processing.
• Answer calls professionally and take customer orders.
• Handle merchandise loading/unloading and matching packing slips.
• Dispose of waste according to regulations.
• Participate in store inventories and other projects.

Requirements

• Must be licensed to operate a vehicle according to laws.
• Must have an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Candidates must pass a drug screen and meet vehicle report criteria during hiring.
