Job summary

Customer First Courier, Inc. in Compton, CA is hiring drivers for FedEx Ground routes. The position starts at 8:30 AM, five days per week, with one weekend day. Training is provided at $150 per day for 1–2 weeks and PTO, 401(k) are offered.

You’ll pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages on local routes with GPS, lifting up to 150 lbs. Compensation is $180–$220 daily, paid weekly on Friday, with incentives for high-stop days.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• Must be available at least one weekend day per week.
• Candidates must be willing to commute and have their own transportation.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• No CDL required.

• No prior delivery experience required — we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Pickup, scan, load, and deliver packages on local pickup and delivery routes.
• Use GPS to navigate.
• Routes cover 40–50 miles per day.
• Load and unload packages and lift up to 150 lbs.
