Job summary

Thinksnappy Inc in Richmond, CA is seeking a FedEx Delivery Driver to load and deliver packages along residential and commercial routes. Routes cover 90–100 miles per day and about eight hours, with training and route work performed from the Richmond terminal.

You don’t need a CDL; you’ll start with paid training at $17.50/hour for 2–4 weeks, progressing to $140–$150 per day during training and $200 per day for full-time drivers. Weekly pay is on Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No CDL required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Must pass TSA screening.
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs, with or without accommodation.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Load packages into a delivery vehicle and follow routes to homes/businesses.
• Deliver packages; routes cover 90–100 miles per day over about eight hours.
