Description

The primary responsibility of the Delivery Driver/Packaging Assistant is to package and label beer, ensuring that all products are of high quality and meet Tooth company standards, while safely transporting beer and other products from the brewery to various locations. The Delivery Driver/Packaging Assistant will load and unload delivery vehicles, check orders for accuracy, and collect payments. They must maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with the brewery staff regarding inventory levels and delivery schedules. Safety is of utmost importance, and they will adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. This position demands attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and policy procedures.
2. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and company vehicles.
3. Fill and deliver orders (kegs, cans, and bottles).
4. Accurately document completed work.
5. Organize and inventory materials.
6. Proper handling of bottles, cans, and kegs.
7. Cleaning equipment and facility.
8. Safely handle chemicals.
9. Operate packaging equipment.
10. Wash and fill kegs.
11. Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff and vendors.
12. Complete all opening, closing, and side duties.
13. Work as a team with your fellow co-workers and treat each other with kindness and respect.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card, TAP card, valid Alaska driver’s license with a clean driving record, and able to pass AKDOT physical exam.
